Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings are handled by cryzox.com.

1. Legal Framework

This policy applies to all orders and bookings on cryzox.com. We comply with the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' of 12 May 1991, Articles 4, 13 and the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' of 3 September 2015, Article 7. These laws require us to give you pre-contract information on the trader, service, price, payment, performance, cancellation/refund, and complaint/dispute procedure.

2. Cancellation by You

To cancel a booking or order, contact us at contact@cryzox.com or +380 966 024 9992 with your order number. For distance contracts, you generally have 14 days to cancel from the contract date, unless an exception applies (e.g., services fully performed with your consent). See Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' of 12 May 1991, Articles 4, 13.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days using the original payment method, unless you agree otherwise. Refunds may be reduced by the cost of services already provided or by lawful cancellation fees.

4. Changes to Bookings

To change a booking, contact us as soon as possible. Changes depend on availability and may incur additional costs. We will tell you the costs before confirming the change.

5. Complaints and Disputes

Send complaints to contact@cryzox.com or use the address below. Under the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' of 12 May 1991, Article 4, you may seek resolution under Ukrainian consumer protection law, including through state authorities or courts.

6. Personal Data

We process personal data, including cookie identifiers, under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 13 November 2022, and we comply with the Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' of 16 December 2020. See our privacy notice for your rights.
