Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of cryzox.com and the booking of tours and services. By using the Site or ordering, you agree to these Terms and to use the Site lawfully.
1. Seller Information

2. Booking, Payment, Cancellation, Refunds, Complaints
We provide pre-contract information on trader, service, price, payment, performance, cancellation/refund, and complaint/dispute procedure as required by Articles 4 and 13 of Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' of 12 May 1991. For tours, we provide information about the tour operator, travel agent, insurance, and tour programme under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' of 15 September 1995. Prices are in UAH and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment methods are shown at checkout. You may cancel under the conditions stated before you order. Refunds are processed within 14 days, subject to Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' of 12 May 1991, Articles 4, 13. If you have a complaint, contact us at contact@cryzox.com. Consumer disputes may be resolved under Ukrainian consumer protection law, specifically Article 4 of Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' of 12 May 1991.
3. Personal Data and Cookies
We process personal data, including cookie identifiers, based on your consent or other lawful basis under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' of 13 November 2022. Our Privacy Notice explains how we use your data. Cookies and confidentiality of terminal equipment are governed by Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' of 16 December 2020. 4. Liability and Governing Law
We are liable for direct damages caused by our breach, limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, unless prohibited by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ukrainian courts.
