Send one form, get a written weekend plan by the next working day

Tell us the region you want and the city you would leave from, for example "Carpathians, departing Lviv on Saturday". A fixed date is not required. A rough weekend is enough to start.

Every enquiry is answered within one working day. Write on Sunday and expect our reply on Monday morning. Go straight to the enquiry form if you already know your dates.

  1. We read your region, dates and group size.
  2. We check seats, driver and guide availability for that weekend.
  3. You get a written quote in hryvnia with the tier name and what the price includes.
  4. We hold the seats and confirm after you approve the quote and pay the deposit.

We plan trips, we do not assess risk. Check your government's official travel advisory for the region before you book, and read our booking terms.

Name the region and your departure city, for example "Carpathians, departing Lviv on Saturday". We answer with a dated plan, the group size, the walking distance and a total in hryvnia.

  • Reply within one working day, Monday to Friday.
  • Departures from Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa and Dnipro.
  • Please check official government travel advisories before you book.

Before you book

Booking and cancellation terms

Every weekend getaway is booked by region and departure city, priced in hryvnia, and confirmed in writing before you pay.

Booking confirmation
We confirm each seat by email within one business day. Group size and walking distance for the route are stated on the itinerary card before payment, so you know what the day asks of you.
Deposit and payment
A 20% deposit reserves your place. The balance is due 48 hours before departure, and the price shown already lists what is included: transport, guide and listed meals.
Cancellation
Cancel 7 or more days before departure for a full refund of the deposit. Cancel 48 hours to 7 days before, and we move the deposit to another date free of charge. Later than 48 hours, the deposit is not refunded.
Route and weather changes
Mountain and coastal routes can shift for weather, road or rail conditions. We tell you as soon as we know and offer a date change or a full refund of anything you have paid.
